I think that kanji is most interesting and confusing thing for foreigners. First, I will tell you about interesting point for foreigners. A lot of foreigners are interested in kanji because they think that kanji has mean one word is very cool, like kanji’s complex design, shape and looks and enjoy it like one of art. In addition, kanji is used in everywhere in Japan now, so foreigners who come to Japan take pictures of anything and everything used kanji. Many of them interested in kanji, so some of them have kanji tattooed on their body or wear clothes which printed kanji. Second, I will tell you about confusing points. I told you some foreigners have kanji tattooed or wear kanji printed T-shirt at first. However, almost all foreigners use kanji without understand meaning of it and they misunderstand about kanji, so they have strange kanji goods. For example, a Australian man had 気違い(kichigai) ,it means crazy, tattooed on his arm without understand meaning. After know the meaning, he was disappointed. On the other hand, some foreigners wear kanji printed T-shirt like 讃岐饂飩(sanukiudon) , which is Japanese noodle or 便所(banjo) , it means a toilet in English. Thus, foreigners misunderstand and can’t understand meaning of kanji and they are confused by kanji before they know it. However, almost all Japanese wear T-shirt that English printed without understanding meaning. I think that Japanese it not to be laughed at foreigners.

New Zealand Foods
Unexpectedly, New Zealand is famous for honey. In Japan, only young peoples use honey, but in New Zealand, Kiwis consume honey in the year is number one in the world. Honeys which made in New Zealand are high quality. It is necessary article for Kiwis and there are surprisingly many kind of honey in New Zealand supermarket. The smell and the taste of honey are different according to the flower that was able to be gathered, your favorite one can be chosen from among the variety with abundant honeys. For example, creamed honey, clover honey, thistle honey, manuka honey, and so on.

Especially, manuka honey is the most famous honey for the world. It is very expensive, but people want to because it only make in New Zealend. It is said that there is a medicinal effect in manuka honey, and the Maori used it as a medical herb. I hear that there is an antibacterial activity that is stronger than other honeys in the manuka honey. Still, manuka honey is used like the medicine. Honey is familiar for Kiwis.

About Harvest Festival

Harvest Festival generally hold on Sptember. It is popular festival in England and have been holding from 1843, so it has a long history. People who take part in Harvest Festival, bring food from home to a Harvest Festival Service. They are decorating schools or churches with baskets of fruit and food in a festival. There are pumpkins, cabbages, baskets of fruit and vegetables of all kinds in schools. There are many baskets of fruit and vegetables in churches too. The alter in the church is decorate with vases which holds berries, autumn leaves, autumn flowers. They also come to church to pray and sing hymns. They make corn dolls. It was Pagan’s custom and evolved from the beliefs of the corn growing people who believed in the Corn Spirit. Corn dolls are kept until the following spring to ensure a good harvest. Offerings of fruit and vegetables are placed around the altar for a thanksgiving service that would make sure there was a good crop for the next year. After the service, fruit and food that has been put on has been left as offerings are each blessed and sent to hospitals for the sick or give to people in need.

Movies
I didn't watch any movies recently at the movie theater because I had no time to go to there and I didn't have any money to watch movies. However, I do love watching movies and I have seen many kind of movies. Therefore, I'll tell you about my favorite movie which I have seen before.

I begin to tell about "Pirates of the Caribbean:The Curse of the Black Pearl". Have you ever heard this movie? In short, this is a story about pirates were tossed about by their destiny. The story is set in seventeen century, Caribbean. One dy, Elizabeth Swann(Keira Christina Knightley) who is Weatherby Swann's(Jonathan Pryce)daughter in the Port Royal which is the port town in Caribbean, was abdcted by Barbossa(Geoffrey Roy Rush) who is the pirates, because she have gold medal which Barbossa want to. Will Turner(Orlando Bloom)who is the Elizabeth's childhood friend, want her to help, so he requests Jack Sparrow(Jonny Depp) who is locked up in proson to cooperate with him. Jack seems unwilling to give Will's consent, but he goes with Will because he think ill of Barbossa. They gather many people to cruise and save Elizabeth. It is the fate of their...
